Individual Learning

How proactive have you been in your individual learning process?

I tried to learn by doing, instead of doing after learning. I try to gather every information I could receive from multiple channels. I learned this year about the importance of customer, niche-market, and content making. While Artists say what they think it’s a good idea, Business people say what customers want to hear about. We find our customers from crowd and give them what they want.  That’s a big difference. I am trying to catch customer’s attention and make our phrase sound beautiful to customers, even writing short letters.

The most inspiring theories you have learned this year.

It must be “Bootstrapping” with no doubts. Bootstrapping business stories are magnificent to watch. They build their products without technical skills, finding niche by products, validating their ideas with MVPs, making contents for their audience, and building their community. I detected the value of bootstrapping business and I wanted to apply this knowledge to our team.

My best essay

“How to do marketing for ur little project?”

The best way to do marketing your little project is to create contents targeting micro niche market if you just started your little project

There are 4 reasons you should target micro-niche markets in 2024

1. Low risk to fail, nobody won't notice

2. Your business will stand out in a crowded marketplace

3. Only 1000 people is enough to be sustainable for small projects

4. If you want to grow big, start small.

We're here to put a dent in the universe.

Otherwise why else even be here?

PaTI is the design institute located in Paju. They already knew us because they are also cooperative. They wanted them-students to create their job. I liked their vision and I also contribute to the same value-- create the jobs.

What was your most meaningful sharing?

After leading the Suji High School workshop, I introduced the <Build -> Measure -> Learn> lean methodology. Despite the workshop's imperfections, we embraced the learning process as a team. We navigated challenges together, acknowledging that perfection wasn't our goal. Our collective experience allowed us to create a meaningful impact, even amidst our unpreparedness. It was fulfilling to share the core principles of the Lean Way and engage in this shared experience of growth and discovery.

IMPACT CREATED

Are you impacting socially, environmentally and economically with my projects?

Value of Not Knowing

I often find this aspect quite challenging to address. Nevertheless, my goal remains focused on making a positive impact on our society, and I am actively progressing in that direction. I don't know still which impacts we created. Still I believe we are on our way
